"The first room we had smelled musty and not clean. We requested a new room and management quickly made that happen, as well as reduced our rate for the night. I felt like they cared about our experience and tried their best to make us comfortable. I appreciate the customer service."

The dock had amazing views of the sound and we really enjoyed watching the sunset each night. The kitchen was amazing and had emerging needed for a gourmet meal. Super close to downtown Manteo. "Greatly enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. The house was home base for us as we visited the three nearby National Wildlife Refuges. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again."
