Large dining area is perfectly suited for 10 placements for a nice family gathering. The family room offers two oversized powered-operated sofas and a 55" flat screen tv. For your convenience, this property offers a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This Old House By The Park offers you comfort, convenience and a place away from home.
