Noise-reducing measures have been installed, but please be aware that noise between shared units may not be completely eradicated. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. This property is not pet-friendly. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense. Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
