We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. The outside deck area was very nice. The bedding wasn’t my favorite, nor was the lack of electrical outlets. But it’s an older home that’s been updated for short term rentals and very clean. Did all the communications except the most important and it was the code to get in. After a super long day of driving it was not fun going back and forth trying 4 different codes before one worked. Fortunately you do have access to a person who will pick up the phone (which was required at midnight) So super grateful for that. Once in, everything was of good size. Clean. Beds super comfortable. However, bathroom needs some love. We only stayed for a night so it was fine. It is terribly small with no counter space. Really tight for 4 adults if staying for longer than a couple nights. Needs some repair because isn’t the best looking aesthetically but got the job done. Regardless, they seem like a strong professional group to deal with. There was damage on the ceiling from what appeared to be a leak, the bathroom paint was peeling and the tub finish was peeling. There were ants in the pantry after we unpacked our food. The water in the kitchen was not working properly and extremely loud. The flooring was either damaged or unfinished. Heartwood had great customer service and gave us a partial refund, but the house itself was unnaceptable.
