The staff were very nice & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was the pool. I chose this hotel because of the good rating & the indoor pool. But, the pool was cold and we could not enjoy it.

Everything was 10 out of 10 at this hotel! I will be looking for other Best Westerns when I travel now. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, loved the yogurt parfait station and coffee/cappuccino machine. And they helped me get my second night canceled. Amazing service!
