I had to basically go out and get cleaning supplies and reclean the bathroom in my room. There was no latch lock on my door, so if someone wanted to break in, they could, and the sheets on my bed looked dirty even though the housekeeper said she had put new sheets on the bed, along with there were a pair of scissors in my bed up under the covers.

DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL!
Do not book the hotel online! 5/27/2022 I still haven't gotten a refund and I talked to a Hotels.com agent to inform them; that they don't accept online reservations at the hotel; because they are under new owners, and haven't accepted it since April. They even covered the hotel name. I had to go to a different hotel. I don't recommend it you will waste your time and money for a hotel to find out you can't stay there unless you pay again for it! I didn't see the inside but the outside is rough and disgusting. I even seen afew different people come to the window of the office having issues with their rooms!

When you pull into the property you automatically know that the type of clientele that either frequently or live there.. walked into the lobbying was immediately told don't come in here go to the window. Tell them I had a reservation he said no card go to the ATM machine and get cash. Looked around so people coming and going decided it was too unsafe. That was just my opinion

The bathroom door was kicked off of the hinges. The tv was laying flat on the dresser and didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t work. There were roaches in the room. No coffee pot or cups. The pictures on the website were either old or just fake. The covers and sheets smelled and were stained.

The room was super dirty. When I say dirty I don’t mean, a few things here and there no. I mean I had to throw away my socks of how dirty they got by walking once on that floor, I booked a non-smoking room and end up with a smoking room that stank so much, there was blood stains on the bathroom door, trash under the futon, something sticky on the futon had to cover it with a blanket to sit and after all this we decided to try and sleep because we had drove for about 10hrs and were exhausted, but what made me leave in the middle of the night was there was roaches everywhere! One roach crawled on my wife’s face while we sleep! That’s unacceptable and super disgusting!

Sorry I stay at many cheap motels and this was really not well kept inside the room: they wanted me to post a positive review but until they fix the broken electrical sockets, roaches, broken curtains, broken glass and awful towells, that's not possible. Neighborhood is good for amenities, with a waffle house round the corner. You get what you pay for but bring your own towell, soap and shampoo.

I got to the hotel and the pictures online are a complete lie. Went to reception and i told her this is not what is online,she let me see the room and it was even worse than I thought. It smelled like someone has been smoking for weed and cigarettes in there. There was yellow sticky liquid all on the walls, moldy bathroom, an extra door in the middle of the room with a dresser in front. Absolutely nothing it said online was true about this place. I told the receptionist I was not staying there and she said just call Expedia so easily that i think this happens all the time time there. I am still waiting on Expedia for a full refund.

OYO SUCKS!!!
Absolutely horrible. Hotels.com allowed me to book my room with Oyo after midnight, telling me that I could check in as late as 5 a.m. on my reservation confirmation. I show up to the hotel close to 3:00 a.m. (I was working at night at a nearby site) and nobody was in the office to get me into my room because the office closed at 11:00 p.m.! So I had to go to a different hotel across town! They billed me for the room anyway, chalking me up as a "no show". And now both Oyo and Hotels.com are refusing to refund me, even though they both allowed me to book a hotel room after-hours! Not to mention I was lead to believe that I had plenty of time to get there! I am furious!

Warning - do not stay here!! I booked and paid my reservation in full on Expedia for the price advertised. When I arrived, the woman was very rude and said I needed to pay a higher rate! She would not be honor my reservation unless I paid her more money. So I left. Expedia never refunded my money because they they said OYO had to agree to the refund and they never did. This OYO location is run by thieves with poor business practices. Do not stay here. There are much nicer, ethical hotels in that area for just a bit more per night.

Sketchiest hotel ever..
As soon as I pulled up I knew it was a bad hotel, get what you pay for. as soon as I got my card the door wouldn’t open. Went to the kind reception lady and essentially told me to kick it down.. okay. Next I checkout the room and there’s crumbs all over the bed and the bed was poorly made , not only that the couch straight up looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. As soon as I was settled I noticed black mold on the ceiling, in the bathroom, and on the walls. On the bathroom door frame I noticed what appeared to be dried blood.. can’t say that for certain. Sink was cracked shower was dirty with someone’s hair all over it.. So once I fell asleep I woke up at 3 am to someone trying to open my door, btw the bolt and chain lock aren’t on the door. And it was some enraged person yelling I was in her room, kindly told her I was there all day. So I barricaded the door with the couch cause I was sketched out. She was then walking around the building screaming that they did this to her twice. TV didn’t have the roku set up and no where did they tell me the WiFi password checked the email.. didn’t see it. Anyways it’s a bad hotel even for 40 bucks I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Sorry it sounds mean but the quality was Beyond terrible..

All rooms don't have VERY IMPORTANT appliances. I had 2 get a second room 115 because no microwave. The second room had an odor to it & the refrigerator sounded like a freight train like it was about 2 give out any minute, SMH . I asked can i just take the microwave out of 115 since odor & loud refrigerator and go back to 117 and the lady @ front desk wouldn't let me. SMH it took me half hour to go through all my belongings 2 make sure i wasn't taking any hotel roaches with me and i found 3 in my belongings so good thing i checked.

I changed my mind! When I arrived there and was excited to go in and get some rest but I went in and I almost vomited, bed sheet isn’t cleaned and left it uncleanliness! I went to the desk for the refund, he told me to contact Expedia for the refund! Never go there! Dangerous people around and drug too!

Unique was seeing the drug users hanging out looking at every care that was pulling up in the lot. One person who was in the parking lot approach us and asked if we were selling drugs. The room was completely infested with roaches. I couldn't even step into the room, as soon as i turned on the light to enter roaches was scattering on the floor, the walls, the bed, and the couch. So glad thatbi didn't sit anything down on the floor. Guy at the front office was rude and did not care about the condition of the room, told me to leave ifni didn't like it. I will never recommend this place or any OYO hotels.

This place should be closed down, and I’m not even kidding. From the holes in the walls, holes in the bed sheets and they were so dirty too, bugs everywhere, foot prints on the bed sheets, drawings on the wall, light fixtures and plugs exposed. What you see on Expedia and what is actually there are two different things. I left the hotel within 10 minutes and didn’t stay there. Every Beware and stay away from this place.

Not ready for business yet. Hotel was remodeling.
The hotel was undergoing remodeling (severely needed)The room I was offered was a “smoking”room. Their was a bed and debris on the floor. The owner was fine with me not staying. He said he was not charging me, but to call hotels.com. I did call but there was quite a line. Hotels.com called me back but I forgot my phone at dinner. I called them back but was on hold for quite a while. Never did contact hotels. Trying again today.

The sheets and linen weren’t clean. The room I had was roach and bed bug infested. The housekeeping barely came. The remote wasn’t connected to the TV ! You didn’t have any privacy there ! The people that stay for a long period of time are weird and nosey! The microwave did not spin ! The shower head was broken ! No type of hot water pressure during my stay ! This has to be the worst hotel experience ever while trying to quarantine!
