This studio has central a/c, off-street parking, and on-site washer/dryer. The perfect getaway for one person or a couple. The sofa opens to a "real" (not a futon) queen-size bed. Walk to the incredible Red Rock Canyon Open Space, a 1500-acre park, where you can hike, bike, climb, and even para-glide among jaw-dropping rock formations! Located 5 minutes from Manitou Springs (two great rec dispensaries) and easily accessible to all CS has to offer. Welcome to CannaBLISS! Guest access This is your space! You won't be sharing any part of it with anyone else! Other things to note Pot smoking is allowed inside and outside. Cigarette smoking is only allowed outside.
