Perfect little bungalow for two people. Comfortable and clean. Kristin was very accommodating and quick to answer questions. Location is close to downtown and easy access to all local attractions.
Kristin was there for any questions etc. The place was clean and close to everything.

Short stay
Over all was okay, could use some deep cleaning and repairs. Definitely a work in progress but could be something great! Very close to garden of the gods and other places.
Nice little place with all the amenities. You do need to be aware of the driveway. It’s a really steep gravel driveway by steep I mean we used four wheel drive until we figured out we could take a fast run at it and make it in. The television had news and movies. The internet worked. We would stay again. We didn’t have any complaints.
Quiet neighborhood, central location to CS , quick drive anywhere. Super close to OCC and Garden of the Gods. Property clean and comfortable and well appointed. Even had creature comforts of some bathroom items if you forgot something. Kristin was extremely prompt with communication. Would return.
The property was exactly as described. It was very quaint and charming with a rustic Colorado feel. I communicated with Kristin on multiple occasions and she was always prompt with her reply. She had a basket full of healthy treats for her guests. We always look for a dog friendly property as we travel with our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay.
Small cottage, best for no more than a couple and one child. The fountain made a marginal bed. Kitchen is basic, but very functional for breakfast. The property has lots of potential .
We had a nice stay at this unit. Loved that it was dog friendly. Perfect for 2 people. We had one issue while staying there - the washer was not working correctly. The host was very quick to respond and she offered a couple solutions. We needed up just doing laundry in the other unit on the property. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We did get to see a mule deer in the alley. Overall we had a good stay.
This was my first time using VRBO and I was really excited when I booked this property. The location is nice and tucked away even though it's in the middle of the city. The pictures of everything were accurate and the place was clean and stocked when my fiancé and I arrived... Those are the pros, now for the consAfter bringing our stuff inside and getting settled, we decided to shower and get some sleep. I turned the water on to let it get warm and when I got in to shower, I noticed that it was starting to fill up. That's not a dealbreaker for me since things happen and I saw a bottle of Drano in one of the cabinets. Then my fiancé came in the bathroom and noticed a foul smell. When we turned the lights back on, the tub was filling with water AND feces.... Yes, feces!!! We tried calling the host but since it was after 11p, we got no response. We called VRBO customer service, filed the incident to start the refund process and left to get a hotel room for the weekend.

Short stay, good for price
Fine little house for a short stay. It does appear to be a work in progress. There are little things that could use attention for aesthetic purposes (missing cover on oven-top fan where debris accumulated, gaps in unfinished cabinets, places in bathroom flooring where underboard exposed - nothing major, just little details that would make this home go from visually good to great). Washing machine did not work and we were counting on it before we headed up into the mountains for a week. Prior review from April indicated it didn't work too, so it either has broke again or hasn't been fixed. Owner was very responsive and very kindly offered to do our laundry, but I just didn't feel comfortable with that. She sent a local laundromat address and we hit that up before leaving. Outside of the house looks very nice but it is clearly the best house on the block. House is accessed through an alley and the rest of the houses on the street look a bit sketch, but felt safe walking the dogs everywhere in the area without any issues. It does look like there are several houses around here that are being worked on and updated. Overall for the price and for the 3 night stay, it was a good value.
