The location is convenient to get to many things down town and is pretty close to the Garden of the Gods as well. It is an older house but the upkeep is well done. We learned to keep the fans on full boar at night in conjunction with the AC units in each room. The home was located close to all the activities we had planned. Enjoyed eating outside in the back yard and enjoying coffee on the front porch. The property was clean, the hostess was thoughtful in what she had available for us on the property (indoor/outdoor games, lots of outdoor seating, a Britta water pitcher already filled, extra blankets, etc), and the location was perfect for all we wanted to do and see while in Colorado Springs. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains.
