Enjoy your evenings on a private patio in a personal hot tub at the base of the idyllic mountains of Colorado Springs! During the day, a beautiful private yard covered with flowers, roses, and a towering blue spruce! Views are fantastic, with Pikes Peak to the West, and Downtown Colorado Springs to the East! The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen.

Right next to the Broadmoor Seven Falls parking lot.

Perfect cozy location

We stayed in April, and in 5 days, we got to experience snow and 70 weather.This was a perfect location for anything you want to see in Colorado Springs. It was very clean, cozy (loved the fireplace and hot tub), and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.The owner, Austin, was fantastic with communication and answered any questions we asked. Highly recommend staying!

Perfect little get away spot.

We used this for employee housing for a week due to a large event. This spot was amazing! Hot tub was a great way to relax after multiple 12+hr days. Will definitely keep this place in my back pocket for next year.

Austin was kind and responsive to our questions. The place is great! The hot tub is so necessary after a day in the mountain-and this one delivered! A great spot! Be prepared that there is just 1 bathroom.

Bear Creek Lodge

Our stay was great! Austin was very helpful and was even willing to help us out when we had car trouble. The place was very clean, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Even though we had some transportation drama on the trip, it was nice to come back to a nice clean home and relax in the hot tub.

AMAZING WEEKEND GET AWAY!!

We hosted a few friends from out of state for a friendsgiving! The kitchen appliances were perfect for baking plenty of dishes as well as a turkey! The hot tub was lovely and so big! it fit 5 of us with tons more room. This was my first experience with VRBO and the host of this place was excellent.
