The only entrance to this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath newly remodeled Apt. is from the outside. It has two big windows, which provide plenty of light, and the temperature is always cool in the summer time & nice and warm in the winter. The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has newer appliances, and is well appointed with full size oven / gas range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, crock pot, and even a margarita machine upon request. The bedroom has a new queen bed, and there is, believe it or not a very comfortable sofa sleeper with memory foam. Electronic fire place / heater. Free WIFI & premium cable. There is a fully fenced grass yard right off the entrance for your kids, with a patio, BBQ grill, & hot tub. Portable crib, highchair, etc. upon request. All within walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & shops. Close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the God, Pikes Peak, and down town. Homeowner that lives on sight was doing some final touches clean up and was very welcoming. Walking into the apartment it smelled so good and spotless. Everything you need is there for you! Fully stocked kitchen! Towels and towels and towels!!! Doggies super sweet, but you do not have to engage with them if you choose not to. So happy with this place! Clean, convenient, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect outdoor space for relaxing, grilling, and use of hot tub! Owners were very nice, responsive and accommodating.
