Great quiet location and views!
Location in lovely neighborhood high in the hills with great views from the porch at the back. Very clean and just as described. A great home base for two to visit all the fun sites in Colorado Springs. Host met us upon arrival and it was easy to communicate with her. Rental is part of the host's house but has it's own outside entrance and area to park. Would stay there again if we come back to the area.

Amazing Views - Tons of Room
This was a very nice VRBO with amazing views of the mountains, a private drive and parking just for the unit, and a very large, well supplied space. The beds were so comfortable and a large smart TV let us watch our shows while watching the sunsets. The manager is on-site upstairs which led to great service and communication. Some foot noise during the day from the adorable 5 year old but perfectly quiet at night. A great place to stay!

Just back from an awesome trip to Colorado Springs. First time there and it was fantastic. Our accommodations were top notch! Great location, near everything you want and have such a nice view. Beds comfortable, the shower was the best!! Everything worked. So nice and quiet. Our hosts were accommodating, and communicated throughty, also were able to welcome us which really helped, started everything off on such a positive note. Lots of fun things to do, if your up to it the Maintou Incline was a definite highlight if your "up" to it.

Really enjoyed our stay
The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.

Great stay for the Grandparents
We were in town to meet our new Granddaughter. Pikes Peak View Suite was the perfect spot for Grandpa and Grammie to land in the evening after a busy day with the family. Bonnie is a most welcoming host. The view was beautiful and the accommodation was well appointed with all the comforts of home! Looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Colorado Springs

Beautiful and calming escape!
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property! It is very clear the care that has been taken by the hosts to maintain the property and create a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Apart from being so exceptionally clean and well furnished the location is great! It is close enough to the city while still getting the serenity of the mountains. The view is even better in person! Also, there are public mountain bike and hiking trails in walking distance! The communication was excellent and checkin and checkout was stress free!

Beautiful suite, amazing veiw, quiet neighborhood , great welcome pack and amenities
Blew my expectations out of the water. Fiancé and I went for our first vacations across the country to colorodo springs together. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, host had us right at home with all our streaming networks for the end of the night. Kurig cups and hot chocolate to get us going in the a.m. to watch the beautiful sunrise every monring and look at mountains from the porch. Pictures and little labels around the house made finding anything easy. Fireplace heater worked amazing. Slept better and more comfortably on the beds than my own at home. Shared thier guest journal about past guest stays, absolutely awesome, great way to add activities or find good spots from difference guest perspectives. Last day there we had 5 mule deer walk right below the porch for a final goodbye less than 10 feet away. Do not snooze on this one, it is a great place to stay
