I would say this property is all location, location, location. Perfectly located near downtown, Garden of the Gods & mountain activities, We walked to coffee both mornings and to dinner one night. I would absolutely stay here again just for the location. We had a slight hiccup when checking in as renters of one of the other units had been confused which unit was theirs. Upon learning the other renters had been in our unit, the property mgmt team quickly dispatched the cleaning crew to re-clean the property to ensure it was spotless for our stay. The property itself is on a corner, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy, and the property was easy to get to. House was very clean, and towels, washcloths, etc. were laid out on each bed. Huge kitchen with modern appliances. It is worth noting that there is not a downstairs shower or tub, so elderly or mobility challenged may have difficulty getting upstairs for a bath. It is also worth noting that if you chose to visit in July or August, there is not central air-conditioning; although Dustin did have semi-portable room air conditioners accessible. The lights over the sink in the on suite master bathroom were out. There was an overhead light so it was okay. There were 5 of us and two dogs. There was a nice side yard fenced for the dogs but it is shared with other guests. For us this was not a problem. Check-in info was not provided until the first day of the rental.
