We went for a college visit and this was the perfect location to get to everything we needed. The host was super helpful and very responsive. Everything was perfect. They had everything you could need! They thought of every detail including water bottles by the bed which was amazing. We got in later and didn't got to the grocery store before getting tot he apartment. It was great to have that little detail to get us through the night! We don’t need to use the fully-stocked kitchen or many of the other small touches that were available, but the owners certainly seemed to think of most contingencies that a traveler might need upon arriving. We didn’t spend a lot of time IN the condo, mostly out and about. The condo had everything we needed and it was great to not worry about parking. It was clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was perfect. We had to ask to stay an additional night due to an emergency. I wasn’t able to request an additional night until late in the evening before our last night- the owners got back to me within 10 minutes and luckily, they did have an additional night! She acknowledged them but that was about it. Right away we had problems getting into the property, seems the push pad needs new batteries. Kudos to a VRBO caller that helped me get in. They have a rodent deterrent and it didn’t stop. Kind of annoying. As far as cleanliness, I ranked it 2 stars but few dead bugs and paint chips in my sister in law’s bedroom made me question when it was last cleaned. I would think that a cleaning company should check on the property if they are close to the property.
