The air conditioning was a blessing, but the smallest bedroom, the one with the bunkbeds does not cool down like the rest of the rooms and stayed slightly uncomfortably warm, there was a fan in the closet of this room which helped. Kitchen area could be updated but living area was spacious. We liked the front porch and quiet neighborhood, along with Cantina restaurant down the block. ##### Pat B. The place was clean and well stocked. The only negative we found was not knowing when to set out the trash for pickup. ##### Oscar G.
