"When we first arrived we were greeted by Kristen and she was super helpful and kind! When we got to our room, it was dirty and smelly so we informed Kristen about it. She immediately moved us to a better and much cleaner room with no hesitation, we appreciated her kindness very much! On the first night of your stay guests are offered a free beer. They also offer free yoga at the hotel, and the gym is great there as well and the pool is also great! For a more affordable place to stay this was a good hotel. The only downside was that there is currently road construction by the main entrance of the hotel, but we were able to find a parking lot that connects to the hotel to access it, once you find that its fairly convenient."

"What a gem! Less expensive than a decent hotel or Airbnb but includes a beautiful historic castle, gorgeous grounds including a rose garden, stunning natural sites and wildlife, and a delicious complimentary breakfast. Staff was incredible and we will definitely be back."
