Initially, I thought the neighborhood was old and was not sure about how safe it would be. It was in an older neighborhood and next to a small apartment complex. However, we had no issues with anyone in the area and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We even sat outside one evening and weren't bothered at all. The place was comfy, cool, and clean. The sofa was a bit old but was comfy and the place definitely felt clean. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again in the future. It was a plus to have access to a washer and dryer as well as a full fridge and oven/stove/kitchen. ##### Laura T.
