As it is situated at the southern tree line and directly off Black Forest Rd, you will have easy access to the city. The cabin sits on 6.5 treed acres along with 6 other cabins. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, but unfortunately no dishwasher. A coffee machine, toaster and a variety of other amenities will indulge any cuisinier. We love this property and would love to share it with our guests. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you might have. Also introduce yourself, we love getting to know our guests! The views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains from the front porch and other seating areas are spectacular. Everything is just how it's listed on VRBO. It's close to several attractions and places to hike. The wifi worked great and we were even able to stream some of our shows in the evening. We asked for extra towels one day and they got them to us in a timely manner. We spotted deer in the front lawn a few evenings when we came back to the cabin. The bed is very comfortable also. My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights in this cozy little cabin. The property is exactly what you see in the photos and was very enjoyable. It was a little less remote than anticipated, as there is a main road very close by, but that was not a problem for us. The only reason I am giving four stars is that there is a communal laundry room (for all cabins) attached to the property. It is only accessible from the outside, but it was a little unexpected to have other guests or residents coming and going from our property.
