The view is beautiful! However there are several things that the owner was aware of that needed to be repaired. The deck has a broken railing which is very unsafe. Exterior lighting is out. The sectional is broken and you’re literally sitting on the floor in spots. It was clean.

Overall, we had a pretty nice stay. The cabin is in a great location, not far from Springs, beautiful scenery all around and it was cool to see the mule deer hanging out in the neighborhood. The cabin has your basic amenities, but we were bummed that the grill didn't work. House was fairly clean if you don't mind picking up a little pet hair on your socks. We weren't really in Colorado for the cabin - we came for the fun stuff like hiking, mountain biking, and rafting. The cabin was just a good place to sleep and had really nice views.

The cabin was lovely and the location was beautiful. Very clean, and we loved the pool table and fire places. However, the cleaning fee was very high despite instructions from the hosts to strip the beds, take out the trash and load the dishwasher before leaving. The listing also claims to have a fully stocked kitchen, but we couldn’t find many things including a wine opener, can opener or kitchen towels. Check in was later than average and check out earlier than average with no flexibility and the threat of additional fees. Overall, could be a great stay if policies were reconsidered.

Colorado was amazing...the property was ok. Pretty outdated, felt as if the bare minimum has been done to keep it going. Maybe adding some board/card games for entertainment during down times. Our biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of property, or lack of. I'm probably pickier than others, having been in the professional housekeeping buisness for 22 years, I see alot. The floors were not mopped and barely swept, you could see and feel dirt on them. The cooking utensils had dried food on them, dishes in cabinet and silverware drawer were not very clean. The stovetop looked like they just wiped grease from corner to corner and then used that same rag to clean some windows. There were dust and cob webs from light fixtures. I feel like the cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Property is in a nice location. doesminimum.andkwipewindows.clean

We enjoyed our weekend at this cabin. The second floor patio and pool table were great! Would definitely stay here again!
