Welcome to our charming and cozy corporate rental, perfectly situated in downtown Colorado Springs! This 600 sq/ft home offers a bedroom, a full bath, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its prime location puts you minutes away from I25, downtown Colorado Springs, local hospitals, Colorado College, Fort Carson, and many more attractions. Experience the convenience and excitement of city living right at your doorstep!
Discover serene temporary lodging ideal for professionals, especially health care workers due to its proximity to downtown hospitals. This home provides easy access, whether by bike or a quick drive. Enjoy the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a mountain view through the window. The inviting living room, equipped with ample seating and a Smart TV, is a haven of relaxation. The bedroom, with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite full bathroom, promises a restful stay.

-The back courtyard is a fenced-in shared space with 2 other units
-This apartment is an above the garage apartment and stairs are required to access it.
-There is a train in the area that goes through a few times per day
-Travel Insurance Comes with your booking automatically, no need to purchase additional insurance from VRBO.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
