Broadmoor Guest Mother-in-Law Suite

  • Come stay at our cozy little place. This private Mother-in-law suite is just like home. Located just .7 miles from the Broadmoor resort and minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Parks, Pioneer Museum, Broadmoor world arena, Pikes Peak, military bases and close to downtown and old Colorado City/Manitou Springs where there are a large selection of restaurants and places to visit as well. Sitting at the base of the mountain you will see wildlife every day. Rabbits, squirrels and deer are common.

    The space
    This cozy little place that’s all yours. It’s just made for 2! You can park right up to the front door. This one bedroom, one bath apartment has a full-size kitchen and the most comfortable couch to sit, relax and watch your favorite shows. Around town you’re so close to everything you need. Come join all the festivities close by.

    This isn’t a pet friendly unit. The owner lives in the main house they do have a dog. To avoid any conflict we ask that there be no pets on the premises.

    Other things to note
    The main part of the house is rented out during the summer. The rest of the time you will see myself and family around.

No smoking or vaping inside the Mother in Law there is a $1000 fine for breaking this rule. $50 fee per person extra after 2 people.
No parking on the street. $100 dollar fee per car parked in the street. We are not responsible if your car gets towed. Quiet time is 10 pm
