We were able to walk to and from the Cogway train! You could see the train coming and going and hear water running. It was perfect! The picture is what sold me on this rental. That and the proximity to the cog train depot. We simply walked down to the station in the morning. The house is also a very short walk to the Barr Trail trailhead. Very convenient to someone wanting to hike the Pikes Peak Trail. The house was clean and the beds comfortable with thick comforters. There are a lot of stairs and they are narrow. The listing did say there were stairs, but we didn’t appreciate how many to reach the bedrooms. ##### Wanda B. Gorgeous view and great location. The host was very communicative and wonderful to work with. There are steep stairs getting into the house and within the house. We did the Incline and the Cog Railway; both were within walking distance which didn’t require us to drive and pay for parking. The home was clean, had all the amenities we needed and fun detail.
