2BR Mountain Cabin - with Hot out of the oven Baked Breakfast each morning!!
Eastholme of the Rockies - The bed and breakfast experience over 100 years in the making.
In 1885 3 sisters journeyed across this great nation and settled at the base of Pikes Peak and created this Victorian masterpiece. Come stay with us at the Eastholme of the Rockies and enjoy the beauty of a past era
Over 100 years later owners, Susan and Kevin explored this country by staying at bed and breakfasts in the 1980s
They take the memories of that time, the hospitality, the delicious recipes, the antiques, the beauty... and put it all together in the Eastholme of the Rockies.
Please join us and experience what a bed and breakfast experience is supposed to be...

Perfect little cabin to make your home base for exploring the Pikes Peak area! Great location, delicious freshly baked breakfast each morning, and a wonderful host who has thought of every detail to make her guests welcomed!
This cabin is situated is a convenient location for all activities in and around Colorado Springs. Susan is an incredible host and the fresh baked goods each morning really put this property over the top. Highly recommended!
This place is unique and in such a pretty part of the mountains. Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, less than 10 minutes from things to do!! Absolutely stunning views, amazing breakfast, and a charming place!
A very cozy cabin in the mountains. The host was great and the food even better. Great communication and everything was well planned out and could be counted on.
Great place to unwind and get away from tech! Still close to lots shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the yummy breakfasts and Susan was a fantastic host.Looking forward to the B & B when it opens in a few months.
Cabin was cozy, clean easy to access, and breakfast was delicious. Hostess was warm and welcoming. Great location for all Colorado Springs area attractions

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable, clean and close to Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods. Susan is a great host and we enjoyed chatting with her. The breakfast treats she brought each day were excellent! The bursting berry scones were amazing!!!
Property is literally across the street from the entrance to the Pikes Peak Highway. Just a couple minutes from downtown Manitou Springs.
Hostess is very gracious and serves excellent breakfast baked goods and fruit for breakfast.
Susan and Kevin were both perfect and gracious hosts!
We woke each morning to Susan’s mystery basket of scrumptious home baked gourmet pastries and fresh fruit!
Their location was a great home base for branching out and sightseeing in the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs areas!
We would definitely rebook Susan and Kevin’s cottage if we are every back in Colorado Springs area!
Cabin was comfortable. Great view from the back porch! Great location with easy access to Manitou Springs, Pike’s Peak etc. Homemade baked goods for breakfast was excellent. Even had gluten free options! The hosts were accommodating and always available. Would love to stay again! Highly recommend!
The place was as expected. They have made use of the somewhat awkward space to accommodate having a 'fridge and place for coffee. The morning breakfast was a nice addition and delicious!
included breakfast was delicious
Super happy with our stay. The ad was everything it represented. Property owner was attentive and had cookies upon arrival fresh baked. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious.
I would encourage the listing to add how close it was to local attractions. Could not be easier to get around.
Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Breakfasts were delicious. I forgot there was no kitchen, and Susan stored our excess frozen meals in her freezer. Cottage was close to tourist activities we wanted to do, and the adorable touristy town of Manitou Springs. Highly recommended!
Cannot recommend highly enough! This is a well kept cottage adjacent to a Victorian inn. The innkeeper, Susan, is an incredible host. She brought us made-to-order baked goods every morning of our stay, and even made sure that my race-morning breakfast was runner-friendly (high carb, low fat etc). Check in and check out was a breeze. The property is old (in a charming way) yet clean and well maintained.
Susan (property owner) was a wonderful hostess. She brought us delicious homemade baked goods every morning; what a perfect way to start our day! She was available to answer questions about the area and things to do. Our cabin/cottage was located in a beautiful area, and parking was conveniently on site. I’d love to return!
Cute cabin in a beautiful back drop of the mountains. Short drive to Pikes Peak and short distance from Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. No TV and is away from the highway so is very quiet and peaceful. The food was the best! Susan makes the best scones and other treats! you can have in the room or grab and go as we did. Highly recommend!
The host was awesome. The bake goods were very very good. The cabin is very dated, no shower, no television. We left early because of the storm. We probably would not stay at this location again.
Susan made us feel like family! The cottage was adorable and just right for our stay to visit grandbabies. The location was perfect for traveling around for different activities and coming back "home" to rest. The breakfast...well, absolutely incredible. Even though only one of us is gluten free, the pastries were so good, that we both enjoyed them. And who doesn't love fresh, warm pastries delivered in a picnic basket every morning. We will stay each time we come back. Thank you!
I came up to Cascade this week to have a little mini vacation with my husband, adult son, and his girlfriend. We had an excellent time at this adorable little cabin! The host was incredibly easy to work with and responsive. We had one little minor hiccup, and it was very quickly resolved. The check in/out process is easy, and Susan is incredibly friendly and organized, providing a little booklet and flyers for all the information you need. The baking was soooooo good. The welcome cookies were my favorite, and it was really nice to have breakfast both days! Thanks y'all! You made our stay amazing!
We had a nice time in this little house. It was clean and tidy. The host was very polite and helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The lack of TV made it fun for us to play games and talk in the evenings. Our only gripe was the lack of a shower. Us women were ok with sitting in a bath, but the men in our group did not find it to their liking. Other than that it was a great time.
