Laundry detergent was supplied as well. A minor downside is that when tenants are occupying the upstairs, it can be a bit loud with footsteps, to no fault of the other tenants. However, it was manageable. Overall, we had a comfortable, nice, and affordable place to stay. Floors were terrible. Crumbs on sofa on ledges all over the floor. Very bad cleaning job which made us all question how well the beds and sheets were cleaned and the bathroom. One bed hard one bed soft not the best sleep for any of us. Heat kept automatically going on when we were trying to cool the place down with the Swamp cooler/ac unit they provided because it was hot out thus the temperature was frustrating to deal with.
