"The property is very nice. The only thing I don’t like is that the facility should be open longer for older kids. The facility should also have an area for older kids because they don’t want to be quiet at 11:00 pm. Over all I like the facility and I have taken my kids and now I’m taking my grandkids."

"Had an excellent weekend get away with the family! The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. And the staff were super friendly! Great location and super close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and the outlets. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!"

"Just go enjoy yourself visit for 3-4 days I’ve been 5x in my life. Great experience every time. August is busy and hot! I stayed on the resort mostly. I’m 40 female and I didn’t care to do much. I dishes and feed the turtles and that made me happy! I enjoyed myself! No issues on my trip!"

"The activities offered at the property were unexpected, fun, interesting, and just plain awesome. The check-in, cafe, cleaning and maintenance staff were all professional, friendly and informative. The villa was spacious, clean, fully-equipped and very comfortable. The only complaint was that the elevator in the building was not working. Because we were on the 3rd floor, getting our luggage to and from the room was difficult. The information I received was that the elevator had been inoperable for months giving us little hope that it would be fixed during our stay. It wasn't. In my opinion, the management should have offered assistance with our luggage upon check-in. The price of the villa would cover that cost."
