The worst place I have ever stayed in Mexico!! Please avoid! The whole building is in a terrible condition. Bathroom is unreasonably small and not cleaned. All furnishings are in bad condition. No front desk when we arrived.
There are so many other amazing places to stay in Mexico City, please find other places!

We had some pretty big issues with our first room on the ground floor and had a lengthy stay. However, staff went out of their way to resolve the situation for us.
The property is clean, unique and BEAUTIFUL. The location is exceptional. The front desk staff were kind, helpful and responsive.

The sky suite was absolutely lovely. We loved having the terrace to have wine or micheladas. The staff service was great and always very prompt. One night we asked the front desk if it was possible to play movies in the tv and they brought up an Apple TV to plug in. The hospitality staff was great and always left the room very clean. We loved the access to the spa and wet areas. Overall great stay!
