"The hotel smells awful. We walked in and the lobby was dirty. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional and not friendly at all. The agent Jasmine had the worst attitude and not pleasant. The room had stains on their couch and then housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They didn’t offer to switch rooms when I complained about the room not being cleaned- instead Jasmine said she can give us new sheets but we had to make our on bed. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was clean and comfortable Bed slept good. We didn’t eat the breakfast so not sure how that was. Parking was free so that’s a plus! There’s a parking deck next to the hotel . Staff was welcoming . No issues. But the property was very nice . Would definitely stay there again. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Black and White Cabin! We were in town for a conference, and the location is central to everything! The host was very good at communicating, and the cabin was exactly as described! "

"This was a great place to stay! Very, very nice property. We were staying for a conference, 4 adults, and had more than enough room. The neighborhood is very quiet, 2 of us walked at 6am everyday and had no concerns whatsoever! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Matthews!"

"Your townhouse is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay much more than being in a hotel! We were very busy and never needed to cook as we were out most of the time, but we did use the Keurig for coffee. Our only issue was trying to unlock the door, but we got a quick response when we text you about it! Very much appreciated it so quickly and our issue was resolved with a new code. Thank you again."
