Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back

Prasad was really helpful every time we went out of the hotel or came into the hotel. Shehan and Lyzanne were very information and helpful who helped us with easy check-in and check-out.

Luxurious hotel next door to the Galle Face shopping mall. Wonderful views, beautiful breakfast and a free happy hour drinks and nibbles in the bar. As it was just an overnight stay, I didn't try the amenities but the pool looked lovely. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be helpful.

Very clean Amazing, helpful staff. Great views of the city and the ocean. Breakfast buffet has many options but same items everyday. Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard our jet lagged, very loud guests nextdoor every night ,at 3am and 4am … Also nearby concerts every night with loud music which lasted until midnight .

We were there for 4 nights. The staff made it one of the most memorable stays we had anywhere in the world (we both travel a lot globally for both pleasure and business). They were warm, friendly and showed a genuine interest in making us feel welcomed. We were on vacation, but we had packed lots of things into our schedule. Hotel staff was finding ways to help us enjoy our visit and somehow do everything we wanted to do. Special kudos to Kaveen (for greeting us every morning with a smile and checking on everything), Emaleen (for all the traditional SL sweets!) and everyone we met at Pavilion (too many names to remember). Obviously it is one of the top hotels in Colombo so not surprisingly, the hotel is beautiful and rooms are fantastic with amazing views of Indian ocean and Colombo City. It is located at the best place for convenience and that is why we stayed there at the first place. Lot of space to meet up with friends and hang around as well. We wish we had a few more days to explore everything but I am sure Rathnadeepa will be our first choice in Colombo going forward. We visit SL regularly & have stayed at almost all the top hotels around Colombo, so we can say with confidence it will be hard to beat the hospitality and friendliness of staff at Rathnadeepa. Thank you. We really appreciate everything you all did.

We had a very good experience - all thanks to the Chef Chamoli who made us feel at home. The food was like a warm hug on a rainy day. Resident Manager Arjun Deep Shad made sure we were looked after and ensured we were safe in the uncertain times. The warmth and hospitality by him made the stay exceptional.

I had a really nice stay at ITC Ratnadipa. Luxurious hotel with very nice Atmosphere. Large and nice rooms. Excellent food. Especially the breakfast should be highlighed. In particular the waiters Nilantha Ianakc and Methmi did a great job. Also the doorman Prasad did an excellent job.
