We checked-in to suite at Cinnamon life City of Dreams for two nights on our vacation. Cleanliness in the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and a very quite atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spead. The pool was very clean and the pool staff was great. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too.

Stay was incredible. Only at times the room was a bit hot but could be the big glass windows. Room extremely clean and hotel more than what pictures show.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced in the island. The first room we got smelled very badly maybe due to soaked carpet. However, they immediately changed our room to a better one and the issue was resolved.

Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early. A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little things like that charge for a room that was mine and empty will linger with me in my memory of their approach to their guests.

The hotel and rooms are great. The infinity pool overlooking the Indian ocean is a sight to behold. We had dinner and breakfast buffets at the Quizine and the food was very flavourful and lots of variety.
