Very nice room, good desk for working at a laptop, very helpful staff. I'll come back. Only 4 stars because heating in bathroom did not get warm, but it was warm enough, probably it was turned off.

Delightful hotel. Minimalistic but with all comforts. Clean ,lovely staff, very good breakfast, short walk to Dom. Near to restaurants locally. One suggestion ,bath towels could be a little larger ! Would recommend.

Nice hotel in a good location. It's a fairly basic 4-star and the rate was very high due to a local trade fair that was happening at the time in the city but the stay was good overall.

Great hotel, the location is walkable to the train station, the breakfast is really good, and the room really comfy and everything works in the bathroom! I will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was conveniently located near the train station and all the sites but was quiet and safe. There were several lovely restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet with many options.

Simple basic accommodations
Simple hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. No concierge service and staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about local restaurants or even where to get a COVID test.

Quiet and clean
Quiet and clean hotel. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Close enough to the train station to easily get there, far enough to be away from annoying elements. My only issue was that I kept hitting my arm against the wall at night when turning because the single bed was placed along the wall XD

Nice Hotel in Cologne
We went there for a long weekend with friends and it was great. The hotel is very clean, they follow all safety measures, friendly staff and most important the breakfast is fabulous (that’s my fav thing about the hotel). It’s 10min walk to the main attractions. Thank you!

It was small and clean property to stay. There was not much amenities to use, but the location was close to all cologne site-seeing places. Only complain about my room was hot water in shower wouldn't get so hot (in comparison to the hot water from the sink). Breakfast was good too.

Hotel Santo is opposite Courtyard of Marriott , great location , high quality breakfast i( was included ) and air conditioned. All that for a very reasonable rate.

Location is good and silent as it is not near the old town of Cologne. The facility is new, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is superior. Lots of choices.
