Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. Reception was already closed and I sent a message but nobody responded. We had to sleep in the floor away from the beds and walls. We had to wait till 9am when Reception opened to talk to someone. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and was able to move us to a new room. Management never responded

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet mit einem grossen Fenster zur Strasse hin. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und selbst doch an einer wenig befahrenen Strasse.
