"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. "Small but functional flat in an excellent location, close to the centre of Sauze d'Oulx but far enough away from the noise. Easy walk into the town and to Clotes but I wouldn't want to walk that far in ski boots. We rented at the place at the lift. Owner was very helpful and check-in instructions and driving directions were perfect. Covered parking was a bonus. Only negative was the sofa bed which sagged in the middle. Happy to recommend."

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "
