With two private parking spaces (a closed garage and an outdoor parking area), you can fully enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind. Villa Lavandière charms with its bright rooms, high ceilings, and large windows that let in beautiful natural light. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living area offering a cozy lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a welcoming dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease. From the living room, access the south-facing terrace, where you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of the setting. On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together as needed. A bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. The second floor features a refined master suite, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a luxurious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a dressing room.
