This Duplex has 🍽️ a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a dining area, as well as a lounge area with television and a double sofa bed. 🚿 🚽 A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the main level of the accommodation. 🛏️ Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed. Da wir nur zwei Tage in der Ferienwohnung waren, können wir keine Langzeiteinschätzung abgeben. Die Wohnung gibt Jedem Rückmeldung bei Schritt und Tritt. Das Doppelbett ist angenehm komfortabel. Obwohl wir keine Freunde von vollklimatisierten Räumen sind, ist die Kühlung im DG wichtig. Wir hatten am 21.06.2019 draußen über 32°C. Deshalb haben wir das DG für die Nachtruhe runtergekühlt und konnten gut schlafen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Cet appartement était très bien situé dans la ville, au pied du centre de Colmar à 2 pas d'un des multiples marchés de noël. En revanche, malgré la déco Alsacienne typique et le confort, il faisait très froid dans cet appartement. on a eu du mal à se réchauffer, et la propreté laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles et derrière le canapé convertible, des toiles d’araignées dans les alcôves au demeurant typiques. Et une douche pas très solide, avec le bouton d'ouverture de l'eau qui nous reste dans les mains et la pomme de douche qui ne tient pas sur son socle...Dommage, car c'était assez cosy. ##### THIERRY B. J'ai apprécié le confort du canapé lit du salon : un vrai matelas de grande taille et confortable, ainsi que la cuisine bien équipée. Le matelas ou sommier (à vérifier ) du lit en mezzanine est déformé. Prévoir un rideau occultant à la fenêtre de la cuisine.
