This 63m² apartment has:

🛏️ An office space with a double sofa bed (140cm wide),  
🛋️ A lounge / television area, with a dining area,  
🍽️ A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster)  
🌞 The living space opens onto a terrace with a clear view  
🚿A bathroom with walk-in shower,  
🚽 A separate toilet.  
🧼 The apartment also has a washing machine.  
  
🪜The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.  
  
🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.  
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.  
🚭 Tolerance is required on the terrace, We thank you for using the ashtrays made available to you  
  
⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.  
🌞For your comfort, the terrace is equipped with an electric blind. We thank you for folding it before leaving the accommodation (during your stay and upon departure).  
  
🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.  
  
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.  
  
📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.  
  
🕣 In the event of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), as well as during your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbors. Some live permanently in the building, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going on the stairs, in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, we have to think about early sleepers but also late risers as well as those who have to go to work.

#### 2 schöne Tage in Colmar

Besten Dank dem ganzen Team! Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht, dennoch lief alles absolut reibungslos. Sehr gute hilfreiche Kommunikation sogar auf deutsch. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit viel Platz, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freier Parkplatz, kein 15 Min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Merci beaucoup!! 😊
