With these 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists a lounge area with television and a double sofa bed (boudoir area, which can be closed and separated from the living room for more privacy and comfort) a fully equipped dining kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, washing machine), a bedroom with three single beds, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. (there are 2 steps in the accommodation) The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby. The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car). You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place. You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away). All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection You have the possibility to book several apartments in this building. This accommodation is compatible with religious Shabbat practices. This historic district has many local shops. The apartment has a cot and a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. In accordance with the regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation. A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
