It is located in a quiet building at the foot of the Dominican church and its Christmas market in December. You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of interest in Colmar. This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and storage on the main level. A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine as well as a separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, the bright living room is composed of a kitchen area, dining area and a lounge area with sofa and television. The kitchen is equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, classic Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils). The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a separate toilet completes the accommodation. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. There are 3 steps between the elevator and the apartment. You can take advantage of a private parking space (vehicle under 1m80) which is located in the basement of "22 rue du rempart" under the MERCURE hotel (it's a 350-meter walk from the apartment The apartment and the garage are not in the same place. The car park access remote control is on the kitchen table, you have to walk to the apartment before accessing the car park. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist tatsächlich nur fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, wenn man durch das etwas ältere Einkaufszentrum geht. Das Gepäck muss man tatsächlich von dort aus zur Wohnung bringen. Der Check-In Vorgang mit Rufnummer für die Türöffnung und Schlüsseltresor funktionierte reibungslos. Den Tiefgaragenparkplatz muss man etwas suchen. Er befindet sich am Ende in der zweiten Ebene des Parkhauses. Zuerst fährt man in die erste Ebene runter und muss dann wieder eine Ebene nach oben fahren. Der Stellplatz ist auf jeden Fall gut. Der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung war zufriedenstellend und könnte etwas besser sein. Es gibt einen Aufzug zur Wohnung. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist aber wirklich optimal. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist auch zufriedenstellend. Es gibt allerdings nur einen großen Kochtopf.
