Ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the TGV station (300 meters) and the historic city center, the accommodation is completely independent. It consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room with direct access to the private terrace, two bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with two 90X200 beds that can be assembled to make a 180X200 king size bed. Each bedroom has its adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower and basin as well as a bathroom, one of which is separate. You have two private parking spaces on the closed property, access to the garden shared with the owner. Baby equipment will be provided free of charge on request (bed with mattress protector and fitted sheet, bathtub, changing mat, high chair and mixer). Dryer wouldn’t work properly so had to put clothes in the sun; owner was responsive and sent agent to check but apparently repair people were on holiday since it was August. It had all the modern conveniences plus extras like condiments for cooking and a welcome gift of wine and traditional cake. We appreciated the air conditioning on hot days, and we also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pretty yard with coffee or wine. The location is very convenient to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. We were able to park our car for free, and also use the laundry facilities. Rose was a friendly, thoughtful host and made us feel welcome. ##### Mindy H. Voiture garée dans la cour.Appartement tres propre. On ne manque de rien. Mise a disposition le necessaire pour un enfant en bas age.
