Composed of a bedroom with a double bed, you can stay up to 4 people, with a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine. This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Standard final cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zweifellos ihr größter Vorteil – mitten in der Stadt, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wer also zentral übernachten möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist recht klein und bietet nur das Nötigste. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und funktional, aber ohne besonderen Komfort oder Charme. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist sie vielleicht ausreichend, aber wer längere Zeit bleiben möchte, sollte sich auf eingeschränkten Platz einstellen. Zusammengefasst: Die Wohnung ist okay für Reisende, die vor allem die zentrale Lage schätzen und keine hohen Ansprüche an Komfort und Sauberkeit haben.
