Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. It is composed at the first level: an air-conditioned lounge/dining room, with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (not air-conditioned, presence of a fan for your comfort), a shower room, a separate toilet, Upstairs, you will have: three bedrooms with two single beds each, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a washer-dryer, a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby. The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car). You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place. You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away). All the accommodation will be yours. The apartment has a cot and a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and aged under 3 years). In accordance with the regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation. The location was amazing, right on the corner of Grand Rue. The only thing I be aware of is that the spiral staircase has vry narrow steps and was quite slippery as it was wooden and we were all very wary when walking down it especially the little ones. Avons rencontré des problèmes avec évacuations douches et lavabos, que l’Agence n’a pas pu résoudre. Nettoyage moyen de l’ensemble, avec un mobilier ancien dépareillé et usité. It is close to everything in Colmar. With the spacious layout, it worked for us as we were 2 couples. The lift did not work when we arrived, which made carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs difficult. The owner did ask about any issues and when told about it, it did get fixed within the next day. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich! Wir hatten mit unseren Kids eine tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment über Silvester! Had 7 people stay and there was plenty of room for all. Lots of great restaurants close by as well. ##### Alex B. We had a few problems with communication. The directions to find the apartment were difficult. It would have been much better to have met at the booking office and have someone show us how to find the apartment and also answer any questions about the apartment itself. The town has a lot of pedestrian streets and we were unfamiliar with the all of this.. It took quite a while to figure it all out on our own. We had a problem with air conditioning which was resolved when I called. But we could never figure out how to make the dryer work on the washer /dryer unit and by this time we gave up on contacting the management company. They did help us when we locked the only key they gave us in the apartment.. They sent over a person to get us in, which was fortunate. As I said, the aprtment was good.. but the communication coulf have been better. ##### Laurie B.
