Access to the apartment is not easy with heavy suitcases as it is up three flights of narrow stairs. We were OK with this as we are fit and healthy but it would be very difficult for people with mobility or fitness problems.Information on the cost of service charges was confusing and we had to leave 60 euros in cash for cleaner even though we had already payed this to you (Vrbo). Mais attention cela signifie que vous ne pouvez pas y accéder avec votre voiture pour déposer vos bagages.Attendez vous à traverser la cité en portant vos affaires , et ,vous garer ensuite proche de la gare ( p payant ) .Ensuite il y a 3 volées de marches dans un escalier étroit pour atteindre le logement. Ça se mérite ! Communication cordiale avec la propriétaire mais pas d’ accueil particulier ( bouteille ou autre..).Plein de restaurants autour , des supérettes proches , boulangerie à deux pas. Value for money although linen cost to hire was high. (20€) 3 nights. Very convenient. Owner hard to contact on the day but next door shop owner helped with phone number. There were just 2 of us. Suitable for 2 adults/2kids. Would be a bit squashy with 4 adults. Washing machine worked. Ate out so we didn't cook or use those facilities. It was hot and 2 big fans provided. No aircon. Pas besoin de véhicule, tout est à notre portée.Nous avons eu un accueil agréable, avec une bouteille de Rosé qui nous attendait. Une propriétaire qui s'est pliée en 4 pour nous trouver un emplacement pour garer notre moto, vraiment trop gentille et qui met tout en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux!!! Livret explicatif de tout ce que l'on peut faire, manger et visiter. Cela fait notre 4ème année que nous passons à Collioure et des locations que nous avons occupées, celle-ci a été la plus chaleureuse et la plus agréable. L'appartement est identique à la description faite, propre, lumineux et ce qui ne gâche rien : en plein cœur de Collioure. Lave linge, lave vaisselle : tout est fait pour que l'on ne se préoccupe que de l 'essentiel : se reposer et profiter d'une météo digne d'un mois d'Aôut. Pas besoin de véhicule, nous avons tout eu à portée de mains...et de pieds! Nous avons été conseillé sur les restos (que l'on a testé...et approuvé), sur les balades et un guide est à la portée des locataires pour toute l'actualité de la région. Des locations comme celle-ci sont agréables car tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Ah et surtout, une propriétaire qui s'est plié en quatre pour nous trouver un emplacement personnel pour garer notre moto : tant de sollicitudes sont très très rares!!!! Tout peut être fait à pied, la plage est tout à coté comme les commerces. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un petit bémol, un double des clés serait souhaitable surtout pour les familles avec ados.
