Excellente location

Excellente location, literie parfaite, le gros point fort étant la climatisation et les 2 terrasses. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement idéal. L'arrivée et le départ sont facilités par le point de contact sur place (merci Valérie). Et la réactivité du personnel d'interhome est à noter (changement du lave-vaisselle). Petit point faible quand on voyage avec un adolescent, pas de wifi et télévision qui fonctionne mal.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Certes le mobilier est un peu "vieillot" mais l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La terrasse face à la mer et avec accès à la plage était vraiment très agréable.

Emplacement excellent

L’appartement - malgré sa déco - remplit toutes les conditions d’un séjour agréable : fonctionnel, bien équipé et situé dans un endroit relativement respecté et calme, il bénéficie d’un accès à la crique très immediat et d’une superbe vue. Il est plus près de port vendres que de collioure (2,5km à pied) Un supermarché à côté, un parking sécurisé et un cheminement piéton : tout est simple et permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture.

Très joli endroit

Le logement est très fonctionnel, bonne literie, très bien situé entre deux plages.Tout était calme sauf le voisin au-dessus qui était bruyant. L'hôtesse V. était toujours ponctuelle à chaque rendez-vous et très aimable.

Dommage car vue exceptionnelle

Le cadre et la terrasse sont supers mais pour ce tarif on aimerait que le propriétaire fasse des efforts sur le confort et la propreté. Canapé et literie très inconfortables, le gaz des plaques de cuisson est pénible à faire marcher, la bouilloire est pleine de tartre et de rouille( elle est très vieille).... l appart n est pas propre ( déjà signalé dans au moins 2 autres commentaires) La personne qui nous accueille est très agréable et réactive. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour mais pour le tarif nous aurions aimé plus de confort

Dommage pour la propreté et le confort

Location avec terrasse et vue exceptionnelle mais le propriétaire pourrait faire un effort sur l électroménager ( la gaziniere fonctionne mal, la bouilloire est très vieille et rouillée, le rideau de douche est taché...... La literie est très moyenne et le canapé très inconfortable. L appartement est moyennement propre. Cependant la personne qui nous accueil est agréable. Si le tarif était moins chère cela pourrait passer mais ce n est pas le cas!

Sehr schöne Lage, gut ausgestattet und direkt am Strand. Schlüsselübergabe sehr schlecht (Vermieterin war nicht erreichbar) , Schlüsselrückgabe katastrophal (zu zeitig und Reinigungsarbeiten begannen noch während unseres Aufenthaltes).

Globalement satisfaite de ma location mais un gros souci au niveau de la propreté. Ménage fait à la va vite. Sol sale, baignoire pas nettoyée et joints moisis. Rideau de douche lui aussi avec des traces de moisissures.Pommeau de douche à changer. Meubles de jardin sales. Bonne literie,cadre agréable, appartement spacieux. Accueil sympathique.
