Apartment of 40m² + 18m² (height 1.80m), very well located on the front line facing the sea, in a typical fisherman's house in the Faubourg district.
Equipped for 5 people (including a child)
-Large living/dining room with a child/teenager bed in 90 and a magnificent, quiet view of the mountains, Fort St-Elme and the vineyards
-Equipped kitchen
-Bedroom with double bed 140 cm
-Mezzanine with double bed 140 cm
-Bathroom: shower, vanity unit
-Separate WC

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
