When I walked into my room for the first time it felt like I had just entered a rainforest. It was incredibly humid and the air was thick. I walked into the bathroom and it was obvious the cleaning staff had decided it wasn’t worth cleaning because there was hair and dirt on the floor. Once I finally got into bed, I thought I had plunged into a lake. The sheets were moist and felt gross. Additionally, breakfast was terrible. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to waste their money.

Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and efficiently by hotel staff. The hotel lobby was clean. However, my room on the first floor was not in the best repair. The bathroom floor was extremely wet and dirty footprints could be seen in a couple of places. The toilet seat was loose and fell off the commode. The carpet in the room was wet and odorous. The beds were well made, sheets and blankets were clean, but the mattress was sunken in the middle and not comfortable. The floor in the sleeping area was uneven and needs leveling. Overall, hotel room looked and smelled old and in need of repair. Will not stay here again unless renovated.

Conveniently located off the highway with shopping centers and restaurants close-by. Since its a Wyndham hotel the standard and quality of the walls, curtains, etc has to level up. The manager and staff were great and very receptive and eager to help with all needs.
