Where do I start? We had to change rooms. The first one the dead lock was messed up. The bathroom door would not close. There was no hot water at the sink. The bed frame was much wider than the mattress. Will stay somewhere else next time we come to St. Louis.

When I asked for a towel I got one hand towel torn in half and it was stained. When I was leaving the property there was a box full of white pills propping the door open and when I told the front desk they said let the next shift deal with it then the police were called for the couple next to us. Not a good stay nor did the staff seem to care about their patrons safety. The TV in the room had 7 round lighter spots on the screen so we could not even watch the TV.

When I arrived at this location it is temporarily closed for renovations. I can’t seem to get anyone to take care of refunding me for a stay that didn’t happen and why didn’t the management with motel 6 inform 3rd party reservation companies about the closure. I think that’s fraud

Let your guests know yojre closing.
The hotel was closed without any word to me. I reserved the room for the night of January 8th back in November. Only way I found out it was closed was whrn I arrived at 8pm then had to find another hotel.

The water was out the entire time. We were not called ahead of time with this information. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Musty smell in room.

This property is terrible, it looks deserted the staff wasn't courteous when i walked in he just looked at me and went on doing his laundry, finally he decided to ask me what i wanted , then he gave me the worst room asked me to put a card on file for incidentals i said you guys don't have anything in the room why would there be a charge for that ? The room was dirty the bedspread had holes in it. I asked for another room he's telling me that's all he has and I'm like sir your parking lot is empty you have better rooms ....... the worst experience i have ever had

For a Motel 6 with property was updated and very clean. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and a chair to sit in besides the plastic desk chair or sitting on the bed. But overall it was clean, quiet and reasonably priced

The staff was very friendly. Our room was dirty. There was a dead bug on the wall by the toilet, The room smelled like an ash try (it was a no smoking room). There was two regular sheets on the bed, no fitted sheet and there was trash under the bed. The TV was not working right, it had nine weight lights shinning in picture.

Very much a budget hotel, including service
The gal at the front desk was extremely nice during check in. We chatted a bit and we asked if we could have a late check out and she said we could stay until noon. The room was about what we expected for a budget motel. The bed was comfortable, but the towels were like tiny pieces of sandpaper. Absolutely awful! There was no fridge or microwave which was surprising. Shortly after 11 the next morning, the housekeeper knocked. We told them we had a late check out and they said ok and left. About 20 minutes later, there was another knock from housekeeping. We told them the same thing. Then the front desk called 2 times after that. Please don't agree to a late check out and then harrass the guests. It's bad business!

The room they put us in had a nasty bathroom (feces in the toilet, towels all over the floor). They promptly put us in another room. The beds were clean, but extremely uncomfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in our room as stated when we booked it. I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here
Horrible. Place had a rancid smell. Everything in the room was dirty. People yelling and banging on doors all night long. I did not feel safe there with my toddler. And management didn’t seem to care. And I still haven’t gotten my $100 hold refunded. This place looks and feels like a flop house. Worst hotel experience ever.

It was a disaster from the moment i walked in ..first off the desk guy says i didnt have a conformation i showed him my confirmation number then tried to make me pay again had to show my receipt where i had paid .then he kept telling me itd be awhile cause my room wasnt confirmed .then we finally got into a room we got all unpacked went to go eat and the door wouldnt shut .so i went back out there and told him the door wouldnt close so he came tried to close the door .so he puts us in another room. My friend has to take meds at night for sleep so she was laying down well i took a shower came out and said i think im gonna get some chips so i grab a key card and just enough money for my cheetos and closed the door .came back and of course my key card wouldnt work again so i had to go bother him again he came tried it wouldnt work tried the master key wouldnt work now mind u my friend is in this room asleep he tells me i have to get her up i said she wont wake up she takes sleeping meds and he made me bang on the doors and go around and bang on the window and still couldnt wake her ..so he grabbed keys no luck the door would not open so he tells me i have to wait til midnight whensee if he could open it ..now i went there to get rest cause i had to be in st louis for surgery at 530 am .....he made me sit out in the lobby with nothing til the guy got there to try to open the door by this time im in tears ..needless to say i finally got in my room at 100am and look up theres no s

The area in which the motel is located is fast becoming unsafe. There were no towel replacements or straightening of the bed sheets. No in room refer, ironing board, kleenex, or complimentary breakfast. Rates are comparable to area motels but amenities are lacking.
