I really enjoyed the on site laundry, it's super convenient and quick, no need for detergent, cash, etc, just put your clothes in and scan. The location is a 10min walk to Fitzroy Gardens and it's an amazing park. Groceries and cafes are also within a 10 minute walking radius. "Great property with good sized rooms and lots of natural light. A big alfresco area outside the kitchen/ living would've been great to use if the weather had allowed it! More outside area off the two bedrooms as well.. The only issue was a substantial leak from the deck onto the living room floor because of the amt of rainfall. Otherwise great."
