Today, after a long and careful restoration work, the noble building has come back to life, ready to welcome new guests with modern comforts, but also with a deep respect for the signs of past history. Villa il Tombolo conveys the great friendliness of the owners and the extraordinary refinement of the eighteenth-century villa. A very well-kept park surrounds it, with centuries-old trees. Great furniture.  
  
Independent residence of 28 + 12 composed of the villa sleeps 8 + 6 and the cottage + outbuilding of 20 + 6 beds. Possibility to rent the two buildings separately since they both have their own swimming pool or together for larger groups.  
  
Il Casolare (9 rooms) is composed on the ground floor by:  
Cam. 1: (2 + 1 beds) (20 sq.m. approx.), Access also from the outside, sleeping area with two windows furnished with double bed or two single wrought iron beds and the possibility of adding another single bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe with two doors with internal mirror, cabinet with 4 drawers and TV, bathroom with window, shower, water and bidet, sink, mirror and hairdryer;  
Cam. 2: (2 beds) (approx. 16 sqm) sleeping area with a window furnished with a double bed or two beds single, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe with two doors and TV, bathroom with window, shower also suitable for porters handicap, toilet bowl, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer;  
a kitchen (approx. 25 sqm) that opens with a door to the garden which leads to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, frezeer, electric oven, stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee makers, crockery, pans, dishwashers, tables and chairs for both outdoor and indoor use, washing machine with clothes hangers in an external room;  
Room 1, 2 + kitchen are equivalent to the Apartment.  
  
living room (60 sqm) with fireplace furnished with sofas;  
room (30 sqm) furnished with table and bench, card table and display case;  
veranda (40 sqm approx.) furnished with table and benches with access to the patio and garden;

Cam. 4: (2 beds) (approx. 25 sq.m.) three-bedroom sleeping area furnished with wrought-iron double bed, two bedside tables, one-door wardrobe with mirror, built-in wardrobe, 4-drawer cabinet and TV, bathroom with small window, shower, toilet and bidet, sink, mirror and hairdryer;  
Cam. 5: (2 + 2 beds) (60 sq.m. approx.) With a two-window sleeping area furnished with an iron double bed wrought, two bedside tables, two-door wardrobe with internal mirror, chest, 4-drawer cabinet and TV, mezzanine area furnished with two single beds and sofa, bathroom with two windows, washbasin, mirror e hairdryer, shower, toilet and bidet;  
Cam. 6: (2 + 2 beds) (30 sqm approx.) Two windows night area furnished with an iron double bed wrought, wrought iron sofa convertible into a bed and the possibility of adding an additional single bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe with two doors with internal mirror, cabinet with 4 drawers, chest, cabinet and TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, sink, mirror and hairdryer;  
Cam. 7: (2 + 1 beds) (25 sqm approx.) Two windows night area furnished with an iron double bed wrought and possibility to add another single bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe with two doors with mirror interior, storage unit with a drawer and TV, bathroom with window, shower, toilet and bidet, washbasin, mirror and hair dryer;  
Cam. 8: (2 beds) (approx. 16 sqm) sleeping area with a window furnished with a wrought-iron double bed, two bedside tables, wall cabinet with four doors and TV, small chest, bathroom with window, shower, toilet and bidet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer;  
Cam. 9: (2 beds) (approx. 16 sqm) sleeping area with a window furnished with a wrought-iron double bed, two bedside tables, one-door wardrobe with internal mirror, four-drawer cabinet and TV, bathroom with window, shower, toilet and bidet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer;  
The entire farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning. All rooms are equipped with linen room, bath linen and courtesy line.  
  
Dépendance is an independent studio, located near the farmhouse and the swimming pool.  
(30 sqm approx.) (2 beds) Open space with two huge sliding windows that open onto the terrace  
private furnished with sun loungers and table with chairs. The sleeping area has an iron double bed  
wrought, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe with two doors, cabinet with 2 drawers and TV, kitchenette with electric plates, table with chairs and display cabinet, refrigerator, bathroom with small window, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and hairdryer.
