  • Your perfect retreat in Aggieland! This comfy modern ranch home is a stones throw away from the Baylor Scott & White Hospital, and minutes away from the Texas A&M University campus. Please contact us directly for: - Bookings for stays longer than 1 week - Groups greater than 8 people - we have a second property close by *** Street parking, parties & loud music prohibited as a courtesy to out neighbors.
    1. Please turn off lights/stove when not in use.
    2. Please wash used dishes/pots/pans/cutlery and return to their designated places.
    3. Please empty garbage cans and place trash/recycle in the provided bins (located in garage).
    4. Guests staying at Vivanta Retreat on FRIDAY evenings are requested to put the garbage/recycle cans to the curb.
    5. Guests staying at Vivanta Retreat on SATURDAY evenings are requested to put the garbage/recycle cans back in the garage.
    6. Please empty/throwout ALL unused perishable food items at the end of your stay.
