Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Felt like a home—extremely clean & well-stocked in the kitchen, bathroom. Lots of towels & sheets, etc. The house has big closets and plenty of floor space for air mattresses and plenty of seating. The backyard truly is the best for bird watching—our 3-7 year old grandchildren totally enjoyed spotting & hearing all the birds. The deck is huge & would be great for grilling. My daughter attends TAMU, (WHOOP!) and we had friends and family in town that stayed here. We had a great stay and will stay again. Jane was very reaponsive and accommodating, and the home is well appointed for what you need amd more. The beds are comfy, the space is comfy and clean, and the neighborhood is great. The attention to detail and plentiful instructions were so helpful and appreciated. Our son is a fish in the Corp of Cadets, and we came down to watch him march and provide a home cooked dinner for him--and a place for him and a few buddies to have some time off the Quad. The huge living area was a great place for them to relax. I enjoyed hearing them laugh about their stories from the week. What a squared away group of young men. The new gas grill was perfect for grilling and the kitchen oven worked great for making cookies. It was very clean and cozy.
