  • New Townhome with great location to all A&M events. There is a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and a great outdoor common hang-out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio for your enjoyment and has a grill for your own private party if desired. This lovely, newly built townhome is conveniently located to everything! Many restaurants and shops for your enjoyment. Special amenities mentioned make your stay feel even more enjoyable with it's pretty surrounding with the feel of home. Permit# STR2020-000056

We started with a thirty minute miscommunication on entry codes. Upon entry into the property, we discovered there was no hot water, the pool table was kinda nasty and covered with debris, the vacuum cleaner was filled with dog hair, and there was trash under the cushions of the sofa.The kitchen was well equipped, but had a manual can opener that didn’t work. There were no extra trash can liners for any of the trash receptacles.Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the condo. The comfort of the rooms was exceptional, and we discovered we liked “bidets”!We will definitely look the owners up again if we ever return to College Station.
